No Refund After Credit: Once virtual diamonds, coins, or credits have been successfully credited to the user's in-app account, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable. Virtual credits cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money.

Mistaken Payments: If a payment is made by mistake or to the wrong platform/ID, the user must immediately call our support number at +91 7868586002 before the credit is processed. If the credit has not yet been applied to the in-app account, we may be able to assist. Once credited, no refund is possible.

Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate payment for the same recharge, please contact support within 1 hour with proof of both transactions. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate amount only if credit was not applied twice.

Processing Time: Refund requests (where applicable) may take 5-10 business days to process. All refunds are subject to verification.

• Premium/bulk rates (e.g., OLAPARTY at 1.28 INR/diamond for recharges above ₹5000) are applied automatically.
• We reserve the right to decline any recharge request that violates platform terms or appears fraudulent.
